The Steal a Brainrot Halloween event 2026 started on October 3 with Update 69, which added the Haunted Fuse machine and a new Eclipse mutation. That’s everything confirmed so far. Last year’s Halloween ran in waves (a fuse machine first, then a bigger update two weeks later), so more content may follow, but nothing beyond Update 69 has been announced.
This guide covers what’s live, how it compares to 2025, and which Halloween rewards are gone for good.
What’s Live in the 2026 Halloween Event Right Now?
Here’s the confirmed content at a glance:
| Feature | Status | What it does |
| Haunted Fuse | Live since Oct 3 | Four-Brainrot fusion machine that replaced the Craft Machine; 10 Halloween rewards listed |
| Eclipse mutation | Live since Oct 3 (name per wiki) | New mutation added in Update 69; multiplier not confirmed |
| Halloween codes | None confirmed | No Halloween-specific code found as of October 1 |

The headline is the Haunted Fuse. Its reward pool runs from an Epic up to Plant Bros, a Secret paying $300M/s, and it includes a hidden recipe for that unit. Our full breakdown covers every listed reward and how the machine works.
When Did the Halloween Event Start, and When Does It End?
Update 69 went live on October 3, 2026 at 19:00 UTC, which is 3:00 PM Eastern. An official HAUNTED FUSE event page appeared on Roblox on September 29 with that start time, and the machine sat in the lobby blacked out for roughly a week beforehand.
One thing to watch: that Roblox event listing is set to close on October 7 at 16:00 UTC. That’s the listing page, not a confirmed end date for the machine or the Halloween content.
No official end date exists yet. The wiki lists the Haunted Fuse’s end as TBA.
How Does Halloween 2026 Compare to Halloween 2025?
Last year’s event unfolded in stages, and it’s the best guide to the rhythm of this one.
| Date (2025) | Update | What arrived |
| Oct 11 | Witch Fuse | Fusion cauldron replaced the Craft Machine; Witching Hour event |
| Oct 25 | Frightrot (Update 22) | Halloween Wheel, hourly Grave Digger and Trick or Treating events, Spooky Lucky Block, Halloween Index and base |
| Nov 8 | Brainrot Dealer | Witch Fuse removed |
Two things stand out. First, the Witch Fuse was the opener, and this year’s Haunted Fuse fills the same role: same swap with the Craft Machine, same blacked-out teaser a week early. Second, the big event board content (hourly events, lucky blocks, a base skin) landed two weeks after the fuse, not with it.
That pattern is a precedent, not a leak. Don’t treat a Frightrot-style follow-up as confirmed.
Will Frightrot-Style Events Come Back in 2026?
Nothing confirms it yet. What 2025 offered, for reference:
- Hourly Halloween events. Grave Digger (dig for Candy Corn, a Brainrot, or nothing) and Trick or Treating (knock on doors for Candy Corn).
- Three event traits: Jack O’Lantern (x6), RIP Tombstone (x5) and Witching Hour (x4.5).
- Spooky Lucky Block: 500 Candy Corn per block, eight Brainrots inside.
- Halloween Index: collect 25 of 33 listed Brainrots to unlock a base skin.
None of this is listed for 2026. If the developers repeat the structure, expect a follow-up update around two weeks after Update 69, but treat that as a guess.
Which 2025 Halloween Brainrots Can You Still Get?
Most are gone, according to one community write-up that tracked the removals:
- Headless Horseman: came from the 2025 Witch Fuse. It’s no longer obtainable, and community counts put roughly 75 in existence.
- Spooky Lucky Block Brainrots: the block can’t currently be obtained.
- Some Index units were later available through other events. Tentacolo Tecnico, Zombie Tralala and Eviledon appeared in the Fishing Event, and Skull Skull Skull in Escape Tsunami.
If you’re comparing what’s worth chasing, the tier list shows where the Headless Horseman and other OG units sit by income.
Are There Halloween Codes?
Not that anyone has confirmed. A Spanish-language tracker found none on September 30, and a code roundup updated October 1 listed no new additions. The only code still circulating is BESTBRAINROTEVER, which gives La Vacca Saturno Saturnita.
Our codes page tracks that list as it changes. And if a site promises Halloween Brainrots or free Robux in exchange for your password, it’s a scam.
Is Jump for Eggs Part of the Halloween Event?

No evidence says so. Jump for Eggs arrived with Update 68 on September 26, a week before Halloween content, and it’s a separate limited-time mode with its own level gates and Secret eggs. It may still be running alongside the Haunted Fuse, but check in-game rather than assuming.
How to Prepare Before You Fuse
- Keep your best earners out of the machine. A unit that pays more than your likely reward is a loss.
- Stock spare low-tier units. Duplicates and weak mutations make the safest inputs.
- Read the outcome screen first. Past fuses showed possible results with percentages before you paid.
- Check the wiki for fresh numbers during the first week, since day-one figures often change.
What We Still Don’t Know
- Whether a second Halloween update is coming, and when
- The Eclipse mutation’s multiplier and how to get it (a pre-launch report called it Celestial, so the name may differ in-game)
- Final fusion costs, timers and odds for the Haunted Fuse
- When the machine leaves the game
Treat this as a day-one snapshot and recheck before spending big.
