The Haunted Fuse is Steal a Brainrot‘s new Halloween fusion machine, added in Update 69 on October 3, 2026. It replaces the Craft Machine, takes four Brainrots per fuse, and currently lists 10 Halloween-themed Brainrots as rewards, from an Epic all the way up to the $300M/s Plant Bros Secret.
Exact odds, costs and timers for this machine haven’t been fully documented yet, so this guide separates what’s confirmed from what’s carried over from earlier fuses.
What Is the Haunted Fuse, and What Did It Replace?
The Haunted Fuse is a limited-time machine shaped like a haunted house. Community wiki editors describe it as a version of last year’s Witch Fuse, and it also resembles La Casa Boo, just without the eyes and limbs.

It takes the Craft Machine slot. That’s the same machine Sammy brought back as the OG Craft Machine in Update 66, so the crafting window turned out to be short. If you were holding spare units for a craft, the Haunted Fuse is now where they go.
One detail worth knowing: the machine appeared in the lobby about a week early, fully blacked out and unusable. The same teaser happened before the Witch Fuse launched in 2025.
When Did the Haunted Fuse Launch, and How Long Will It Stay?
Update 69 went live on October 3, 2026 at 19:00 UTC. The official HAUNTED FUSE event page on Roblox was created on September 29 and listed that start time. It also shipped alongside a new mutation, which the wiki’s update log calls Eclipse (more on that below).
There’s no confirmed end date.
For a rough precedent, the Witch Fuse arrived October 11, 2025, and stayed until November 8, 2025, when the Brainrot Dealer took its place. That’s about four weeks. Treat it as a pattern, not a promise. If you want the limited-time Brainrots, don’t plan around the last day.
Every Haunted Fuse Brainrot Confirmed So Far
Here’s the reward pool as listed on the community wiki. Because the page is still being filled in, max chance values are mostly unknown.
| Brainrot | Rarity | Income | Notes |
| Penguino Pumpkino | Epic | $235K/s (listed) | Looks like a typo; see note below |
| Frostino Vampiro | Mythic | $17.5K/s | |
| Vampi Ribbitini | Brainrot God | $185K/s | |
| Mummelo Bandello | Brainrot God | $285K/s | |
| Mortaruga | Brainrot God | $324K/s | |
| Los Treaters | Secret | $1.2M/s | Listed at 91% max chance using low-tier Secrets |
| Fangaro Lupino | Secret | $7.2M/s | |
| Oni Oni Panda | Secret | $27M/s | Wiki lists cost around $2.8B |
| Sammyni Spookyni | Secret | $80M/s | |
| Plant Bros | Secret | $300M/s | $300B cost; secret recipe (below) |
A flag on Penguino Pumpkino: an Epic earning $235K/s doesn’t fit the Epic range. Santa’s Fuse had an Epic earning $270/s, so $235/s is far more plausible. I’d wait for a live check before quoting that number anywhere.
If you want to see where these sit against the rest of the game, the tier list ranks the top earners by value and income.
How Do You Use the Haunted Fuse?
The core flow matches every previous Fuse Machine in the game. The Haunted Fuse’s own screen may differ slightly, so check the UI on the machine itself.
- Grab a Brainrot from your base by holding E.
- Stand on the Collect Zone at the machine to submit it.
- Repeat until four Brainrots are in. You submit them one at a time.
- Read the outcome screen. On the Witch Fuse, the machine showed the possible results with percentages, for example one outcome at 90% and another at 10%.
- Pay the cost and start the fusion. Then wait out the timer.
- Collect the result in your base.
On past fuses you could also spend Robux to reveal or skip the wait. That option hasn’t been confirmed for this machine.
How Do Haunted Fuse Odds Work?
Nobody has published a full odds table for the Haunted Fuse yet. What exists are the rules from the machines it descends from, and they’re a reasonable guide as long as you remember they’re assumptions for this machine.
- Your rarest input sets the ceiling. On the Witch Fuse and Santa’s Fuse, mixing lower rarities with your best unit pushed the result to exactly one rarity below the highest one you put in.
- Trait and mutation inheritance dropped. Those same two fuses cut the inherit chance from 10-20% down to 5-15%.
- Timers scale with rarity. On the original Fuse Machine, Common to Epic inputs took 15 minutes, Legendary to Brainrot God 30 minutes, and Secret or OG 1 hour 30 minutes.
If any of this changes on the Haunted Fuse, the outcome screen will show it before you commit.
The Plant Bros Secret Recipe: Orchidox + Venuspino
Plant Bros is the headline reward. It’s a Secret with a $300M/s base income and a $300B cost, and it’s the first duo made entirely of plants.
The wiki lists a hidden recipe: fuse Orchidox and Venuspino for a 50% chance at Plant Bros. Venuspino is a Secret that appeared in the Summer Fuse at $175M/s, so you’ll need to already own or steal one. Orchidox is the harder piece. The wiki notes its low existence count may make Plant Bros the rarest Haunted Fuse reward.

Even with both ingredients, there’s a 50% chance of a different result, so don’t burn your best units unless you’re comfortable with that gamble.
Which Brainrots Should You Fuse (and Which Should You Keep)?
A few rules of thumb, built from how earlier fuses worked:
- Don’t fuse a unit that earns more than your likely reward. Putting a $175M/s Secret into a pool where most Secrets pay under $30M/s is a downgrade.
- Low-tier Secrets are the safest feeders. The wiki lists Los Treaters at 91% when you put in low-tier Secrets, which is the best documented guaranteed-style route.
- Duplicates and weak mutations go first. Leftover units from the RNG Machine or event rewards are ideal fodder.
- Check the percentages before paying. Cost and timer are shown on the outcome screen, and you can back out.
Is the New Eclipse Mutation Tied to the Haunted Fuse?
Update 69 shipped with a new mutation. The wiki’s update log calls it Eclipse, while a pre-launch report from Trucoman called it Celestial. The release itself hasn’t settled that, so I’m using the wiki’s name.
What isn’t confirmed: its multiplier, how you get it, and whether it can carry over through a fuse. For comparison, Crystal from Update 59 sits at 13x. Check the wiki page for updates once the multiplier is documented.
What We Still Don’t Know
- Exact fusion costs and timers for the Haunted Fuse
- Real odds for each of the 10 rewards
- Whether trait and mutation inheritance matches the Witch Fuse
- The end date
- Whether Halloween-exclusive units like the Headless Horseman return (the Haunted Fuse list doesn’t include it)
This is a day-one snapshot. Developers regularly adjust numbers in the first week, so recheck before spending a big stack of Cash.
